Usage
Click the freeze toggle button to activate it.
While the toggle button is active, click a sequence in the sequence selection box to lock it. As soon as a bar is selected the word "frozen" will appear after the name of the sequence. Click the same bar again to unlock it.

All sequences linked to a super or object sequence will be frozen when the super or object sequence itself is frozen. When a sequence belonging to a frozen super or object sequence is unfrozen, the same will happen to the super or object sequence. The functions move, stretch, and edit sequence will have no effect on a frozen sequence. When a particular sequence is frozen, unfrozen sequences belonging to the same super sequence can be stretched, but the super sequence itself cannot be stretched inside the range of the frozen sequence.
